Announcement: Renewal applications available for COR400000 General Construction Stormwater Permit
All permittees must submit renewal applications before January 2

The COR400000 Construction Stormwater General Permit will expire on March 31, 2024. All permittees must submit a renewal application at least 90 days before the expiration date or by January 2, 2024. Applications must be submitted via the Colorado Environmental Online Service (CEOS) system. The division will automatically terminate permits without submitted renewal applications on March 31, 2024, when the general permit expires.

Steps to completing the renewal application:
To be completed by the “Preparer” or the “Responsible Official" (RO).
- Log into CEOS
- Navigate to the “Submittal” tab
- Select “Manage permits/certs”
- Click the “Action” button for the selected permit
- Click the “Renew” option
- Review permit information for accuracy and update as necessary
- Select "1.Map – Online Upload Only"
- Select "Choose File" and select the appropriate site map
- Click "Save"
- Select "Notify owner ready for review and submittal"
To be completed by the “Responsible Official (RO)”
- Log into CEOS
- From the “My Pending Items” table, select “Renewal, Permit Application” for the selected permit
- Select “Edit”
- Review permit information for accuracy and attached map, update as necessary
- Complete the Certification of Submission
