This email notifies parties of a permit action that is available for public comment. A copy of the permit and summary page of permits at public notice can be found on the Public Notice Information webpage by the close of business day.
Comments can be submitted with the Public Comment Template with a chart for you to add comments. This chart organizes the comments in a way that will allow the division to more easily review and respond. There is no character or word limit for this chart.
Comments will be accepted until November 13, 2023, 5 pm.

Because of the many changes that the permit may undergo before issuance, all changes and corrections will be made after the public notice period. If you have any problems obtaining documents or information from the website, please do not hesitate to
contact the Permits Section Support Team at (303) 692-3517.
This is also being sent to County Clerks and County Water Quality contacts to be made available to the general public. This can be by posting it on a bulletin board, website, etc. The method is up to the county.
