Rio Grande County is seeking a part time Building Inspector to work on an “as needed” basis. Applicants must have a strong background in general building construction techniques and principals. Applicants must be familiar with the International Building and International Residential Codes and be ICC certified or willing to get the ICC certifications for Commercial Building Inspector and Residential Building Inspector. Applicants who are also familiar with on-site wastewater treatment systems are preferred. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED. Rio Grande County Assessor’s Office is seeking an Assessor’s Office Clerk. 40 hours per week, starting at $17.18 per hour. Benefits include health care, retirement and paid holidays.
