Exceptional, hands-on nutrition education for adults 

A research-based program to assist limited-resource adults in gaining knowledge, skills, attitudes and changed-behavior necessary for nutritionally sound diets.  Individuals who are eligible for assistance programs such as SNAP, WIC, or Head Start, are also eligible for SNAP-Ed.
